The apartment is situated in Kisla 15 metres from a corner market and overlooks Kalkan Bay, Village and Harbour. Kalkan beach club is situated at the bottom of the hill from the apartment, it has a cafe and a restaurant, the beach club is on several levels with parasols and sun-beds. The sea is crystal clear and ideal for swimming, snorkelling and water sports. There is a bar with waiter service from the beach and a ferry runs from the beach club to Kalkan Harbour. This is a free ferry service to Kalkan Harbour, and in season runs from 8.00 am to midnight.
Kisla is a quiet superb of Kalkan approx 5 minutes by car and a 20 min walk. The area is being developed with superb villas and a few apartment.
The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen comprising of large fridge freezer, split level cooker and hob, washing machine, and all the usual crockery, utensils and kettle.
Two bedrooms one with a double bed and separate toilet and wash hand basin, the other is a twin bedded room. Both rooms are with fitted furniture. There is a large bathroom with wash hand basin, toilet and shower cabinet. The double bedroom has air-conditioning but due to its location the apartment is quite cool throughout the year.
A good size salon with a three seat settee which makes into a bed, 2 armchairs, coffee table etc.
The large patio area has wooden table and chairs, parasol and sun-beds. This overlooks the bay and Kalkan.
Jacaranda the main villa has a swimming pool and sun bathing area, this is available for use by guests at the apartment. The apartment has its own entrance.
