This lovely brand new two bedroom apartment is set in a private complex with stunning views overlooking Kalkan and Kalamar Bay and approximately ten minute walk to Kalkan.
Tastefully furnished to a high standard the apartment has a double en-suite bedroom and twin bedded room. Separate en-suite bathroom with shower, WC and wash-hand basin.
The private entrance opens onto the hallway leading into the spacious lounge, with private balcony and views out towards the mountains and the sea. The lounge is cool with marbled flooring and has two single and one double sofa bed. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with electric oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and opens onto a dining area. Washing machine provided. CD player, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
The whole apartment is very light and benefits from the cool breezes off the coast and has air-conditioning throughout. Mosquito screens are fitted to all the windows.
The apartments share an extremely large fresh water swimming pool with very spacious terrace, sun-beds, umbrellas and panoramic views. Visitors may also make use of the facilities at the Asfiya Hotel close by and use the shuttle run in the morning to go to the Yali Hotel based on the sea with swimming platforms, water sports, bar and restaurant.
This is an ideal location for exploring colourful Kalkan with its many bars, restaurants, cobbled streets and excellent shops. Don't miss a day trip on a gullet (local boat) with the opportunity to swim in the crystal clear sea and explore the coves and bays.
