This lovely brand new apartment is situated in the quiet Tasyaka suburb of Fethiye, about a five minute drive from the town centre.

The apartment is on the second floor of a block of six apartments with views onto the surrounding mountain and out towards Fethiye. The apartments share a grassed area with private pool and patio. There is ample parking space by the apartment.
 
A marbled well lit stairway leads up to the apartment and the front door opens onto an entrance hall. To the right is a spacious bright bathroom with large shower, w.c., wash hand basin and washing machine. To the left is the second bedroom with twin beds, may be made up to a double, with fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinets and lights and a window overlooking the mountain.
Straight ahead is the comfortable kitchen lounge diner. The modern fitted kitchen has a large fridge freezer, electric oven with gas hob, extractor and ample storage space, marble work tops and tiled walls. It is fully equipped with saucepans, crockery and china, glasses ( for 6 place settings ) electric kettle, toaster etc.
The lounge has two sofas ( may make up into a double bed ) round dining table with collapsible sleeves, 4 dining chairs, two easy chairs and coffee table. French double doors open onto a spacious terrace large enough to accommodate the dining table and chairs and with views over the pool and out towards the mountains and to Fethiye. The terrace has a built in barbeque, great for cooking meals and dining out in the cool of the evening. There is a smaller second balcony with sliding doors that open onto a different view and also allow a lovely breeze to circulate through the lounge.
A satellite t.v. with d.v.d. player is also provided.
 
The master bedroom opens out from the lounge. It has a king size double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and lights. Sliding patio doors access onto it’s own private spacious balcony. Two further windows with aspects add to the feel of this comfortable and bright room.
 
All windows and sliding doors have double glazing which helps to keep the apartment cool in the summer and keeps the autumn chill out in the winter months. Both bedrooms and the lounge have air-conditioning. The apartment has ceramic tiling throughout which adds to the cool feel of the living areas. This is a very light and airy residence.
 
A car is an asset but a gentle 10 minute stroll brings you to the main Fethiye and Oludeniz road where local Dolmus ( bus ) may be caught on a frequent basis. There are a number of local shops on the corner of the main road for fresh daily bread and other necessities. Next to the corner shop is the water distributor who will deliver the large 19lt fresh water container to your door. ( Cost approx 4TL )
 
This is an ideal location for guests looking for tranquil location and also a great base for exploring Fethiye, Oludeniz and the surrounding areas. A folder is left for guests with advice about local areas, taxis, and other important information + the ability for guests to leave tips and comments for those following on!
 
Price per week. May, June £170, July, August £185, September to end October £170.

To include linen, towels, gas, electricity and welcome pack on arrival. The apartment will be cleaned prior to arrival and at end of each weeks stay linen and towels will be changed + light clean of bathroom. The swimming pool is cleaned regularly and the garden area maintained.
