Ideally located in Kas just a two minute stroll from the old harbour and marina this newly built luxurious air conditioned duplex apartment is becoming a sought after property for very good reasons.
Two flights of stairs lead to the penthouse apartment. The front door opens onto an entrance hall to the left is the first bedroom - twin bedded with air conditioning. There is a bathroom on this floor as well. An entrance to the right leads into the well equipped galley kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher. A marble breakfast bar splits the kitchen from the dining area shown above. There are twelve sets of crockery, cutlery etc. The dining room opens into the lounge area sofa seating and French windows opening onto the roomy balcony with views out over Kas and the sea.
In the back corner of the lounge a spiral staircase leads to the second floor. On the landing to the left is a large en-suite bedroom with king size double bed and single bed, air-conditioning and balcony. A third bedroom with king size bed, single bed, air-conditioned and en-suite bedroom with double ended bath. This room also has a sitting room with patio doors opening onto a large roof top terrace with sun-beds, tables, chairs, barbeque and fantastic views.
This apartment is finished to a very high specification and all the bathrooms are finished in cream marble and flooring is marble and terrazo giving a cool feel to the whole apartment in the summer. In all the apartment is apporiximately 1800 sq. feet in size.
Serena is a great base from which to visit Kas and the surrounding areas. It is just 50 meters from the town beach where there are two beach bars with steps leading down to a swimming platform. The crystal clear waters and safe environment make this a superb location for swimming and water sports. The beach bars offer sun loungers and umbrellas free of charge.
An added bonus is that the owners of the apartment have close links with a local skipper with beautiful gullets - local Turkish yachts made of hardwood and crafted in the style of ancient pirate ships! It is possible to make arrangements to charter the yachts for short cruises or book a two week holiday - one week cruising, one week exploring Kas and the locality. Price on application, subject to length of cruise required.
