This beautiful apartment is in a well thought out collection of custom built villas each housing three apartments with their own shared private pool and garden. The accommodation is furnished to a high standard. The area is landscaped with good use made of local stone and flora to make this into a quiet and desirable location.
Steps lead up to the private terrace and entrance to the apartment. The door leads into a spacious living area with open plan kitchen. The lounge has a sofa, dining table and chairs and opens onto a veranda overlooking the swimming pool with panoramic views out to Kalkan and the bay. The kitchen is well equipped with modern hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer and plenty of storage space. A corridor leads off to the left with a double-bedded room with fitted wardrobes, balcony and air-conditioning. Opposite the bedroom is a good sized bathroom with bath, shower, w.c., wash hand basin. At the end of the corridor is another twin bedded room with air-conditioning, small balcony and windows. The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 and the sofa bed in the lounge can accommodate1/2 children making 6 in all.
The apartment floor is set in the Taurus mountains approximately 10 mins. walk to the village - it is downhill! There is plenty of car parking space available should guests wish to rent a car.
