This first floor apartment is set in a tastefully converted hotel of select apartments overlooking a large terrace and swimming pool and has a stunning sea view. The apartment is only a few hundred metres from the centre of Kalkan, so it is ideally situated but at the same time is also quiet and private.
The lounge/diner has emergency lighting, dining table and chairs, sofa bed, CD/Radio player and balcony with views of Kalkan and the sea. In one corner there is a well-equipped kitchenette with gas/electric hob, grill, fridge, washing machine and plenty of storage space.
From the lounge a door opens onto the bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobe with shelving, matching bedside cabinet, wall lights, remote controlled air-conditioning and a further balcony overlooking the swimming pool and sea view. The en-suite bathroom has shower (and curtain), w.c. and wash hand basin.
Every door and window in the apartment has mosquito screens, so you can open them for a nice pleasant breeze and not worry about being bitten! The apartment has its own sun loungers and parasol for lazing around next to the pool which is cleaned twice daily.
Kalkan offers a whole host of shops and restaurants, as well as access to the harbour front offering scuba diving and boat trips. The airport transfer is approximately two hours, which we can arrange for you.
