Hibiscus Cottage is part of a small complex just 100m from a beautiful Mediterranean beach. The cottage has been newly renovated, can sleep up to five people and costs from just £200 to £350 per week.
Living Spaces
Hibiscus Cottage has a lounge and dining area with fold-away table and chairs and an open fireplace. There is a fully furnished kitchen with gas oven/hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and all utensils. The bathroom has a corner bath and jacuzzi, shower, toilet and sink. Air-conditioning (may be used in winter months for heating + open fire place in the lounge)
Sleeping Spaces
The main bedroom has a balcony, two beds, a wardrobe and bedside tables. The second bedroom has one single bed and a set of drawers. The lounge can be converted to be a third bedroom with an opening double sofa bed and separation curtains.
Terrace and Patio
There are two terraces with sun loungers and a patio with outdoor barbecue, table and chairs.
Local Area
There is a local shop within the complex for basic necessities including milk, fresh bread, cheeses and wine; there is also a playground with swings and a slide nearby.

Why not order flowers or cake for that special occasion or to meet you on arrival. We can also arrange for someone to cook a traditional Turkish feast for you at the cottage. Ask about these offers when you book.
Welcome food pack
A pack providing what most people need on arrival can also be ordered for a small fee. This includes biscuits, coffee, milk, sugar, tea, water, orange juice, cola, toilet rolls and washing-up liquid.
Hotel facilities
Guests can pay a facilities fee at two hotels within ten minutes walk which offer swimming pools, tennis courts and Turkish baths. The hotels can be viewed at sidemarehotelsandsunrisehotels.

Touring
There are plenty of interesting places in the area which you can visit by hiring a car or joining a tour, including the ancient town of Perge, the Manavgat waterfalls, the Taurus Mountains and the amazingly intact amphitheatre at Aspendos where outdoor concerts take place in the summer. Beaches and Activities
Two long, wide, golden beaches extend for miles either side of the old town of Side. They dip gently down to a shallow sea, making them very suitable for children. The beaches are lined with restaurants and offer boat trips, windsurfing, parasailing, banana boats, jet skis, pedalos, basketball, snorkelling, scuba diving and horse riding.
There are also two new golf courses due to be finished shortly.
Shopping
Side is a 45 minute stroll along the beach away. The town can also be easily accessed in ten minutes by local bus (dolmus) or taxi. The old town of Side is open every day for the sale of carpets, rugs, jewellery, leather, shoes, brassware and cheap fake designer clothing. A local Saturday market supplies fresh food and there is a large supermarket nearby.
Sight-Seeing
Side is a great place for both archaeology buffs and beach-lovers. The old part of the town, dominated by a Greco-Roman amphitheatre, has been occupied on and off for well over 2,000 years. The thriving present-day town combines many ancient walls and buildings with modern structures. The temple of Apollo and the harbour offer perfect vantage points to watch the sun go down. There are many restaurants, bars and cafes.
Charter and scheduled flights direct to Antalya are available and depart from Gatwick, Stansted, Manchester and other cities throughout the UK and Europe. Antalya airport is located 54 miles west of Side and fifty minutes away by car on a good dual-carriageway.
Airport Transfers
Airport transfers can be arranged with guests met at the airport with a name-board and delivered to the cottage door and back again, day or night. Transferring 1-4 people costs £45.00 one way and £80.00 return; 5-10 people costs £75.00 one way and £120.00 return.
Travel Tips
Visas are required by all British and Irish Nationals and can be bought on entry at the airport. They are valid for multiple entries for three months and cost £10.00 or its equivalent in foreign currency. Goods can be purchased in euros, or YTL and prices are quoted in both currencies. Time in Turkey is GMT + 2 hours. electricity is 220 volts throughout the country with two-pin European plugs.
