The village is set in the Taurus mountains, a 20-minute drive from Kalkan and the fabulous beach at Patara just a few minutes more.
The village itself provides a real insight into life as it has been in rural Turkey for many years. The çay (tea) garden where the men of the village put the world to rights over glasses of çay, the bakery that still uses an old mill-stone and the wonderful architecture all provide authentic flavour. Islamlar is a wonderful base from which to enjoy the region and explore the mountains. The local trout restaurants are renowned for their local food and wonderful hospitality.

Vine Cottage
This unique cottage is set in the most stunning location of Islamlar village in the mountains near Kalkan. The cottage snuggles in 1300 metres of shaded garden made up with mature grapevines and some fruit trees – a real treat during the grape season!

Four brand new apartments set amongst mature gardens with views across the valley to the sea and a minutes walk into Islamlar village. The apartments have private entrance and are generously proportioned and each one has its own balcony with stunning views. The double bedroom is very spacious and the large lounge / kitchen diner opens onto the balcony. The lounge has a double sofa bed, dining area, satellite t.v. and the kitchen is we well equipped. The apartments share a large roof top terrace with built in barbeque and a separate washroom.
