This a small private estate consisting of 15 villas and 6 apartments, tastefully finished to a high specification, and set amongst landscaped gardens and terraces with views over the Taurus mountains, Kalkan and the sea. The estate is in an elevated position and makes excellent use of the area so that there is privacy for each property with a good sense of space. The views are spectacular.
All the properties are spacious in design with some of the villas having their own private swimming pool. All the other properties share a large swimming pool and terraced areas with sun-beds, umbrellas, bar side pool and restaurant.
A sauna, fitness room, showers and massage parlour are also available to all guests free of charge. (Beauty treatments and massage do incur a charge,)
The estate is situated above Kalkan on one of the hillsides and is about a 15 minute walk from Kalkan centre. There is a 24 hour reception and maid service to all the properties. All properties have a sea view, air-conditioning, hob and oven, fridge, washing machine, satellite TV system and direct dial telephones.
The villa prices range from £365 - £595 per week. Two bedroom villas accommodate 4 - 6 guests and three bedroom villas 6 - 8 guests ( 6 adults & 2 children max )
Apartments and studio apartments will accommodate 2 – 3 guests and prices range from £195 - £285 per week.
