This is a lovely villa, full of character, set on the hillside above Kalkan in a mature olive grove. One of four villas all detached with plenty of privacy and space. Private car park with steps leading down to the villa's porch and entrance.
The villa's owner has spent a great deal of care, with attention to detail, to create a villa of distinction making use of the excellent space and light. The lounge, with a huge sofa bed and scattered floor cushions, opens out onto the terrace with Ottoman seating, pool and garden. To the left of the lounge is the dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped with gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer and plenty of storage space. French windows allow direct access to the terrace and pool from the dining area as well. A sweeping open spiral staircase leads up to the first floor. There is washing machine discreetly recessed under the staircase and a door opens into a shower room with w.c. and wash-hand basin. Satellite t.v. and d.v.d. player available.
On the first floor a landing opens out into the two bedrooms, both en-suite. The master bedroom has a large double bed, unique wardrobes and French doors opening onto a large verandah. The second bedroom, also large, has twin beds and a fold up bed and also opens onto the verandah with glorious views out over the pool, olive grove and Kalkan bay.
The spiral staircase leads on up to the top floor with linen cupboard, ironing room and large roof top terrace with views to take your breath away. All the main rooms have air-conditioning and all windows are fitted with fly screens.
The outside is an open area with shade with a spacious terrace and large swimming pool. A special to relax in, excellent for evening dining in the open with a barbeque area. The pool side is provided with sun loungers, parasols tables and chairs. Further on is a grassed area with shrubs looking out over the olive grove. The pool, terrace and outside is lit at night
This is a very special villa and comes highly recommended.
Price per week: April £600, May & June £700, July & August £800, September & October £700. Price includes maid service, twice weekly linen change, pool cleaned daily, welcome pack. Sleeps 7.
