The owners provide a weekly barbecue for guests and are on hand for any assistance that may be required.
There is one three bedroom villa and three two bedroom villas all furnished to a good standard and well equipped to ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The villas are built in landscaped gardens with views over Kalkan and each has its own private terrace and small garden as well as the main shared terrace and pool.
Three Bedroom Villa.
A garden path leads to the front door which opens onto a hallway, to the right is a closet with w.c. and wash-hand basin.
To the left is an open plan lounge leading onto the dining area and kitchen. The lounge has a sofa and two arm chairs, coffee table, satellite t.v. and an extra spare bed if required. The kitchen dining area is well equipped with dining table and chairs and the kitchen has cooker, gas hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A door opens onto a small patio area.
Wooden stairs lead up to the first floor and a landing area. On the left is a twin bedded bedroom with air-conditioning and views out to Kalkan. There is another double bedded room with air-conditioning and balcony. The third double bedroom is very large and spacious ( with plans for 2006 to put in en-suite facilities ). This bedroom also has air-conditioning and a private balcony.
This floor also has the main bathroom with bath/shower, w.c. and vanity unit with wash-hand basin.

Two Bedroom Villas x 3.
Built to the same specification as the three bedroom villa all the villas are similar in design.
The front door opens onto a hall way. Straight ahead steps lead down to a toilet with w.c., wash-hand basin and washing machine. To the right of the hallway is the kitchen / diner with table and chairs, cooker with gas hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Doors also open onto a private garden terrace with table and chairs for outside dining.
To the left of the hallway is the comfortable lounge with a sofa/sofa bed, armchairs, satellite t.v..
Stairs lead from the hallway to the first floor with two good sized comfortable bedrooms – one twin bedded and one double bedded – both with air-conditioning and small balconies. There is a bathroom on this floor with shower, w.c., vanity unit with wash-hand basin.
Price per week: £500 and for 2 weeks £ 950
All villas have maid service twice weekly with weekly linen change. The pool, approx 25 x 5 metres, and gardens are maintained daily.
