The Oleander is set in the Mediterranean apartments and has been designed and finished to a high standard both inside and out. It is a duplex property set over two floors with fantastic views of Kalkan bay.
Only 2 minutes walk from the village centre this apartment has 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, 2 bathrooms, an open kitchen and lounge, a large balcony with exceptional sea views and a separate roof terrace.
The property is furnished to a high level and includes a washing machine, air conditioning, fitted oven, fridge freezer, fully equipped kitchen, cd/stereo, iron and hairdryer.
Sun beds and umbrellas are also provided for use around the large pool in front of the property.
Although the Oleander is most suitable to sleep four people, there is a double sofa bed in the lounge that could accommodate two additional guests. All in all this apartment provides the perfect holiday base close to the village and sea.
