This villa is one of the prettiest two bedroom villas available in Dalyan. As well as looking good it’s also well located being only 450m from the centre of town. Finished this year the constructor has shown great care in the planning and finishing of the building, from the finely detailed extra large front door to the extra ventilation holes built into the foundations of the property.
The villa is pale sage green with stonework by artisans on the outside and is approached by a paved pathway (ensuring ease of use in the winter) and surrounded by a compact garden laid to lawn with beds and climbing plants. The garden is designed to be low maintenance and easy to keep. There is an large pool and only one other villa on the plot with which it is shared.

There is a large main entrance to the house which is through a stonework arch and an extra large antiqued pine door with decorative panels either side ornamented with delicate iron work, it’s a lovely entrance to a lovely house. Marble steps lead through the door into the entrance hall, to your left is the sitting room area (the downstairs WC is just off this room) and to your right is the kitchen and dining area. There are extra large windows throughout the downstairs floor and these combined with the high ceilings and open wooden stairs all help to create a feeling of light and space.
All of the fittings in this spacious villa are in neutral colours as are the floor tile enabling the buyer to make their own mark on the property. The kitchen has been done in pale wood with smart dark trimmings and has been well thought out down to the carousel cupboard interiors.
A large window over the sink means that doing the dishes need never be a chore when you have a lovely sunny view in front of you.

There are 4 large windows in here too and the ensuite bathroom (finished in beige and cream tiles) has a full size bath as well as shower fittings.
The bedroom to the right is approx 11ft*10ft and has similarly well proportioned windows and an ensuite bathroom with a circular corner shower unit.
All windows and balcony doors are UPVC doubleglazed.
With the massive price reduction this villa is exceptionally good value.
