This property is the ground floor apartment of a 3 apartment villa set in a quite private estate with landscaped gardens and about a ten minute walk from Kalkan.
The apartment consist of two bedrooms, one double bedded, one twin, bathroom with shower, w.c. and wash-hand basin, kitchen/ diner with lounge and shared garden terrace with pool. As this apartment is on the ground floor and protected at the back by natural stone it is a very cool apartment, particularly welcome in the mid summer. The master double bedroom has air-conditioning and the remainder of the rooms are equipped with fans. The kitchen is well equipped and has fridge/freezer, hob, cooker and plenty of storage space. The lounge diner has comfortable seating with sofa bed, dining table and chairs.
The patio doors open direct onto the garden terrace and private pool which is shared by the two other apartments. There are sun beds and parasols provided and the pool has a view out over Kalkan and the sea.
Penshurst is an ideal place to relax in and is within comfortable walking distance of Kalkan.( Approximately ten minutes)
