The Resne villa is a solidly built detached villa on a quiet street about 10 minutes walk from Dalyan town centre. The villa is pale sage green and stonework on the outside and is approached by a paved pathway (ensuring ease of use in the winter) and surrounded by a compact garden laid to lawn with beds and climbing plants. The garden is designed to be low maintenance and easy to keep. There is an exceptionally large private pool. The house was built in 2005/2006 and needs some finishing work throughout and more significant work in the kitchen area (worktops and sink to be fitted). However the work is minor in comparison to the discounted price – we estimate £2000-£3000 would completely finish the house.
There are two entrances to the house, the front door is a steel security door with a canopied entrance and the back door is double patio doors (from the large verandah). As one comes in through the front door the first thing that one notices is the delicately coloured cream tiles that are laid throughout the ground floor. To the immediate left of the front door is a wc/ washroom. To the right the marble stairs spiral upwards to the first floor, there is a large understairs cupboard and immediately ahead is the archway through to the large lounge.
The lounge is an extremely large room approximately 18ft * 27ft with a seperate 8ft * 8ft kitchen area. The kitchen has white units but no worktop or sink fitted yet. The lounge leads through double doors to the downstairs verandah which is 6 ½ ft * 27ft overlooking the pool and garden. The verandah has a wooden eaved roof. At the top of the stairs immediately to the right is a back balcony (4ft * 8 ½ ft) overlooking the front door of the house and also the shared bathroom for bedroom 2 and 3. This bathroom has all the fittings in place and comprises of a shower cubicle toilet and sink. To the front and right is Bedroom 3, this room has views out to the mountains and is 8ft wide by 16 ½ ft long with fitted wardrobes and it’s own balcony (3ft * 4 ½ ft).
Bedroom 2 (8 ½ ft * 12 ½ ft) is directly in front of the stairs and also has views out to the mountains. This bedroom has double doors leading out to a large balcony (3ft * 7 ½ ft) overlooking the pool and garden.
The master bedroom is 9ft * 16 ½ ft with fitted wardrobes and a generous ensuite bathroom (5ft * 9 ½ ft)

With the massive price reduction this villa is exceptionally good value.
