Villas:
Up to three bedrooms £1000 per year, 4 bedrooms + £1,250 per year
To oversee the villa throughout the year, cleaning and maintaining the pool on a regular basis when no guests are present, garden maintenance, empty the pool at the end of the season, clean and fill pool for the beginning of the season, pay all utility bills on behalf of the owner.
When guests are staying at the villa £75 a week charge to include 1 full clean on departure/arrival, 1 mid week light clean ( toilets, bathrooms and bins emptied ) daily clean of swimming pool and light garden maintenance.
The annual charge is paid quarterly in advance, weekly charge paid per letting.

All rooms swept, furniture dusted, floors washed, bathrooms/toilets cleaned, toilet paper replaced, patio / terraces swept and washed, kitchen cleaned and tidied, fridge cleared and stocked with welcome pack, bins emptied and bin liners replaced, all linen changed, beds made up, towels placed in bathrooms.
Additional Charges:
Laundry– £13 per person per week. Two linen changes per week. 1 mid week change and 1 at end of week or for new arrivals.
2 x sheets ( single / double), 2 pillow case, 2 towels.

NB. In most cases any repairs and replacements will not be carried out without authorisation of the owner/s but in emergencies e.g. burst pipes, breakdown of air-conditioning, Coban Services reserve the right to call out emergency services if deemed necessary in the interests of the guest. In those cases every effort will be made to ensure costs are kept at a minimum.

In all cases we are available to assist in emergency call outs for problems that may be encountered by villa guests and have plumbers and electricians on call. Additional charges may be incurred and we will agree with villa owners as to what procedure to follow with regards to emergencies and / or other repairs.
