Sunningdale Apartment
 
The apartment is in a small private location with a mix of apartments based round a large terrace and swimming pool. The location is very favourable as the apartment is only a few hundred meters from Kalkan village centre yet at the same time is private and quiet.
 
A short flight of steps leads up to the terrace and swimming pool area where the entrance to the apartment is located. For the “early dipper” with a few steps you can dive straight into the pool! 
 
On entering the apartment there is a real sense of space and light. To the left is a bathroom with shower, w.c. and wash-hand basin. The entrance area opens out onto a large lounge with the kitchen at one end of the dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board and plenty of storage space.
 
The spacious lounge has a dining table and chairs, sofas, air-conditioning, radio and CD player and two verandas with views of Kalkan and to the sea. A door opens from the lounge onto a twin bedded room with wardrobe, air-conditioning and overlooking the swimming pool.
 
To the right of the main entrance is the second bedroom, also with twin beds, wardrobe and air-conditioning. In both cases the twin beds may be pushed together to form a double bed. There is a second bathroom adjacent with the same facilities.
 
The apartment sleeps 4 and will let quickly as the location is tremendous due to the easy access to the town’s restaurants, shops and the harbour. It also a great base for exploring the locality.
 
Price per week £250– Monday to Monday:   Weekly linen change, pool cleaned daily. Airport transfers extra.
Special offer £220 per week for 2 consecutive weeks.
Lets to end of March £ 150 per week.
