Villa Akca

This lovely villa is situated in a quiet residential location on the hillside above Kalkan amidst mature terraced gardens and vegetable plots with stunning views out over Kalkan Bay.

The villa has been carefully and tastefully furnished to a high standard by the owners who are local and live in the villa just below Akca. There is parking just below the villa and terraced steps lead up to the villa entrance. The main door opens onto an entrance hall with a shower room to one side with shower, w.c., wash-hand basin and washing machine.

To the left is a comfortable lounge with two sofas, armchairs, air-conditioning, satellite t.v/dvd and French doors opening onto the terrace and private swimming pool. The views take your breath away. The lounge leads onto an open plan dining area with well equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, extractor, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and plenty of storage space.

Stairs lead to the first floor landing which has three comfortable, spacious bedrooms leading off from it. Two twin bedded rooms and one double bedroom. Each room has a wardrobe, bedside cabinets with lamps, air-conditioning and private balconies. A large bathroom with bath, shower, wash-hand basin and w.c. is also on this floor.

Stairs lead up to the rooftop terrace with the most wonderful views and cool breezes.
This villa comes highly recommended and would suit guests looking for a relaxing and comfortable location. The local owners service the villa twice weekly and will offer you a very warm welcome. As soon as you enter the villa you will see the care and attention to detail that the owners have taken to make this a special villa to holiday in.

We would advise that car hire is recommended as it is quite a long walk into Kalkan – about 20 minutes - and the villa is on the hillside. But it’s worth it!

Taxis are easy to order and run 24 hours and are inexpensive.
