Villa Barinak
 

A truly luxurious villa with unrestricted views over Kalkan and Kalamar bays, situated at the front of a small development of privately owned apartments (15) and villas (2).  This development is ideally placed on the quiet outskirts of Kalkan, yet only ten to fifteen minutes walk from the centre and a pretty pebble beach. Great care has been taken to furnish and equip this villa to a high standard to ensure that guests may have a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable stay.  Sleeps 8 guests + infant.
 
The villa is completely self-contained and accessed through a lockable private entrance gate.  There are approx half a dozen steps up to the villa level and patio area.

Ground Floor
Spacious living area with two comfortable sofa beds, armchair, coffee table, dining table and chairs, LCD flatscreen Satellite t.v., stereo and dvd player. There is a selection of dvds, books and games to keep you and the children amused.  The patio doors open onto the terrace with private pool (6.8 x 4.5 metres, 1.65 m deep – no shallow end ) sun loungers, umbrellas, dining table and chairs and barbeque - ideal for al fresco dining.  Owners’ inflatables may also be used at guests own risk. There is an attractive selection of plants around the patio and on the verandas including a banana tree, grape vine, hibiscus, bougainville, plum, silver birch, conifers and many more.

The modern kitchen has hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, blender, microwave and a generous supply of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.  A highchair and plastic dishes have been provided for younger children.  The kitchen also has a granite breakfast bar.  Downstairs cloakroom.

First Floor
First bedroom - king-size bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe, dressing table and stool.  En-suite shower room with w.c. and wash-hand basin.  Doors open onto the generous shared balcony with table, chairs and sun loungers. Great views!
Second bedroom - twin beds, bedside cabinets, wardrobe, dressing table and stool, en-suite shower room with w.c. and wash-hand basin, doors leading onto shared balcony with table, chairs and sun loungers.

Second Floor
The large master bedroom has a king-size bed, bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table and stool, en-suite bathroom with large jacuzzi bath. wash-hand basin, w.c.  Doors open onto a spacious terrace with covered Ottoman area and panoramic views.
 
Other features:All beds have top quality orthopaedic mattresses.  We have one solidly built wooden cot in the master bedroom and a stored travel cot if two infants are in the party.  The villa also has a changing mat, potty & child toilet seat. Villa-wide air conditioning, insect screens to many doors & windows, repellent devices, plug adaptors; hairdryer and mosquito nets in every bedroom.  A PAYG phone with Turkish sim card is provided for guests to use, on the understanding that they ‘top up’ before they leave.  Charges can be high when using your own mobile phone.  Important telephone numbers are listed in Contacts.  
New this year an outside shower and wi fi internet.

The villa benefits from daily maid service, with twice-weekly linen change (all linens provided, with the exception of beach towels), pool and plant maintenance and 24 hour security.  A member of staff will be there to greet you upon your arrival and someone is available to assist you with any problems in the villa or if you need to order a taxi, etc.  
 
Visitors staying at Villa Barinak may also make use of the impressive pool belonging to the apartments and all facilities at the Asfiya Hotel, which is just down the road.
