This is a stunning villa with superb panoramic views of the mountains surrounding Kalkan, Kalkan harbour and the sea. A five minute drive from Kalkan this villa rates as one the top villas built in Kalkan . It is built on two levels and is very light and spacious. Large windows and French doors allow a cool breeze to enter the living areas but air-conditioning is also available in the lounge and bedroom areas. The front entrance leads into a foyer area with w.c. to the right. The spacious lounge ( with double sofa bed ) opens onto a large terrace with magnificent private swimming pool with sun loungers, table and chairs. A well equipped kitchen and lounge diner are found to one side of the lounge and open onto the patio. A spiral staircase takes guests up to the two large double, en-suite, air-conditioned bedrooms with balcony. Steps lead down the outside of the villa to the lower living and lounge area, virtually an apartment, with its own terrace overlooking the valley. A very spacious lounge with double sofa bed opens onto the large double en-suite bedroom with air-conditioning. The lower apartment has its own private kitchen and utility room with washing machine, fridge freezer and drying area.
This villa comfortably sleeps 10 guests and would easily accommodate two families or friends wishing to share a villa whilst affording both parties some private space.
The villa has been re-furbished with double glazing throughout.

The price includes daily maid service, linen changed twice weekly, pool cleaned daily and a welcome pack with bread, milk, cheese, coffee etc.
Guests staying at the villa may also make use of the extensive facilities at the Asfiya Hotel with large swimming pool, bar, excellent catering facilities, Turkish bath, sauna and fitness room. (There may be a charge for some of these facilities)
NB At present due the lower ground basement floor out of use the villa now sleeps 6 guests only in the main part of the villa
