This villa will sleep up to six guests and consists of large lounge, open kitchen/diner, 2 bedrooms, 2 balconies and terrace with a private pool.
The villa is part of the Villa Lycian Estate and is located to one side of the main estate with its own entrance. It is a spacious villa with splendid views out over Kalkan Bay and towards the Taurus mountains. The entrance leads into the lounge area with patio doors opening onto the terrace and private pool. Leading off the lounge is the dining/kitchen area.
Wide stairs lead up to the first floor where the two comfortable bedrooms are located with balcony looking out towards the sea. A bathroom with shower, wash hand basin and w.c. is located on this floor as well.
Guests are very welcome to make use of the main swimming pool as well with its own bar, snacks, poolside service, sun-beds and parasols. There is a main reception open 24 hours where guests may get assistance and also advice on places to visit, transport etc.
