This is a very spacious villa set in an exclusive private estate overlooking Kalamar and Kalkan Bays, with about a ten to fifteen minute walk into Kalkan.
The villa is accessed through an archway with steps leading to the front door opening onto a hallway. To the left is a fitted kitchen with hob/cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher plenty of storage space. Patio doors from the kitchen open directly onto the terrace and private swimming pool.
Further down the hallway a w.c. is located to the left before the hallway opens out onto the staircase leading to the upper floors and into the large (8.5m) sitting room with patio doors opening onto the terrace and pool. The room has a dining area as well as comfortable lounge area with two 6'6" sofa/day beds ( b oth with full size single mattresses) for extra sleeping accommodation. A CD player is provided.
The central staircase leads up to the first floor with one double complete with king size bed, and one twin bedroom, both en-suite. Each room has doors opening onto a shared terrace with table and chairs and glorious views. Stairs from the landing then go up to the second floor with the master bedroom complete with king size bed and jacuzi. A door from the landing opens onto a magnificent roof top terrace with plants and a pergola offering both shade and privacy but still with space to sunbathe on the rooftop.
The private terrace and pool has sun-beds, parasols, BBQ, dining table and chairs for 8, plus a small inflatable pool for young children. The villa has its own parking space in front.
All external walls are finished in natural stone and to complement this luxurious villa the floors are finished with antique marble so making the whole villa feel cool. Air-conditioning is installed throughout the main rooms and bedrooms.
Guests at the villa are also able to make use of the larger private terrace and tremendous pool shared that forms part of the estate, but please note that the sunbeds belong to guests from the apartments are not for the use of Jamali guests. All guests are also able to make use of the extensive facilities at the Asfiya Hotel where you are also able to get free transport down to the Yal Beach club and private sea terrace on Kalkan Bay.
The villa sleeps 6 - 8 guests.
Price per week:April £500, May and October £600, June and September £700, July and August £800.
Price includes daily maid/pool service, welcome pack and twice weekly linen change.
