This brand new family villa is in an ideal location, an easy walk to Kalkan town centre (3 minutes ) the beach (shingle) and harbour.
The outside has a private entry with steps leading up to the villa and private pool and terrace.
The ground floor consists of a stylishly furnished large lounge with six easy chairs, satellite t.v., DVD player and stereo. It has superb views of Kalkan Bay and with French doors opening onto the Pool Terrace area. The dining area is furnished with a wrought iron glass topped table and six wrought iron chairs and well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, stainless steel cooker with extractor and hood, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.
There is a separate ground floor WC.
There is an en-suite bedroom, with shower stall, on the ground floor with French doors that open onto the pool terrace. A marble staircase leads to three further double bedrooms, all en-suite with shower stalls, with cedar wood floors and balconies with fabulous views, and one further bedroom on the next floor with twin beds. This bedroom opens onto the large rooftop terrace with panoramic views. The terrace is equipped with Barbeque, large table and chairs and a canvas awning for shade.
There is an additional high quality fold up bed and bed settee allowing for extra guests to stay if required.
The large pool and patio area is very comfortable and has two large umbrellas and eight sun-loungers.
