A superb brand new four bedroomed luxury villa with a private pool and Mediterranean terraced gardens. The villa is extremely spacious and light owing to the large panoramic windows throughout. It is set over four floors and has been built to the highest specification .
The villa comfortably sleeps 10 guests and therefore is ideal for a large family, two families or a group of friends to enjoy the comfort of the villa whilst allowing everyone their own privacy.
There is ample parking outside the villa which has its own covered parking space. Wide steps lead up to the side gate and front door to the villa.
In front of the villa is a private swimming pool with no shallow end. There are ample areas for al fresco dinning. The terrace is split over two levels. A large spacious sunny terrace surrounds the pool with lovely Mediterranean gardens well stocked with Bougainvillea, Hibiscus, Jacaranda trees pomegranate and banana palms.
Under the pink and white bougainvillea covered pergola is a large handmade mosaic dinning table seating up to 10 guests. There are six luxury wooden sun beds, furnished with thick cushions occasional tables and three parasols.
The upper terrace is reached by steps and is set out with Ottoman cushions where you can sit Turkish style. There is a gate to keep this area safe from young children.
The villa is beautifully furnished in a contemporary style. The ground floor is air conditioned and designed in a spacious open plan style, comprising of a kitchen, dining area and lounge. Patio doors lead out onto the pool terrace and gardens. There is a separate WC.
The bright, airy kitchen has black granite worktops and comprises a large fridge freezer, oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and ample storage space. The dining area has a large wrought iron glass topped table and chairs, however it is expected that most of the time guests will prefer to dine Al fresco on the terrace.
The spacious lounge is furnished with two large 3 seater sofas, coffee table and occasional tables. These large sofas convert into full size single beds. There is a satellite, flat screen TV, DVD and CD player. A selection of DVDs, CDs and games should help keep all the family entertained.
Marble stairs lead up to the bedrooms and roof terrace. Each of the four bedrooms have full air conditioning, large three door wardrobes with hanging / shelving space, bed side units and dressing tables with mirror, stool and hairdryer.
The first floor is dedicated to a large spacious master suite comprising a bedroom area, separate lounge and ensuite bathroom. The bedroom has a beautiful six foot wrought iron bed. The lounge area has a comfortable seating area and coffee table. The sofa can be made into a further bed if parents would rather share the bedroom with their young children. This lovely suite has it’s own private galleried balcony overlooking the pool and garden with superb views towards Kalkan and the sea.
The second floor comprises of two large light airy bedrooms. Bedroom two has a five foot wrought iron bed. Bedroom 3 has twin wrought iron beds. There is a shower room with WC on this floor. Both bedrooms have access to a further large balcony.
On the third floor there is a twin bedded room. This lovely room is full of character and has two beautiful wrought iron beds. There is access from this level onto the stunning roof terrace with panoramic views of Kalkan, the bays and mountains. It has a comfortable seating area with a coffee table. This is a wonderful area offering stunning views of Kalkan and the surrounds by day and night. There is a fridge on this level enabling you to enjoy extended undisturbed refreshments under the stars!
This is a non smoking villa and guests are asked to only smoke outside. This villa is not suitable for the infirm.
The villa sleeps l0 guests comfortably.
Guest are asked for a £250 deposit to cover any damage. The deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of the end of the rental period.
