Villa Kasarini has been beautifully designed and furnished by the owners. The furniture is mainly wrought iron with Turkish rugs on the floors and paintings by local artists on the walls. The stairs and bedrooms have cedar wood flooring and the outside terraces are largely covered with wooden decking making the area around the pool much safer for children. There is also a built in BBQ and wrought iron dining table with 6 chairs. parasols and comfortable wooden loungers with cushions on the terrace.
Kasarini Villa is an individual property in a peaceful, sought after area at the end of a private road and is not on an estate. The villa is completely private and totally secluded from any other property. We have only the slopes of the mountainside on the other side and nothing in front of us - just sea views! It is only a 5 minute walk down to the sea and beach club, 10 minutes to the nearest shop and restaurants and -15 20 minutes walk to kalkan village.
Downstairs there is a hall with ottoman cupboards, spacious open plan living room with comfortable wrought iron sofas and glass tables, Turkish rugs and paintings, satellite TV and DVD player, dining area with wrought iron and glass table and 6 chairs. There is a large fully tiled shower/wet room also off the hall.
The kitchen has a built in electric oven and gas hob, dish washer, fridge freezer and microwave (all new) and a completely separate laundry room with automatic washing machine, ironing board, clothes dryer etc.

This villa is truly spectacular with totally uninterrupted views of the sea and Snake island from every room including the pool area.
