Kismet Villais a modern three storey villa with a garden, roof terrace and private swimming pool. The Villa is situated in a quiet corner of the old town with a stunning view of the spectacular bay and harbour of Kalkan. A few minutes walk brings you to the beach, shops and restaurants.
The owners have taken great care in the furnishing and facilities making your holiday as pleasurable as possible.
Ground Flooris very spacious with two double settees, two armchairs, TV, CD player, coffee table, An open fire gives a warm cosy atmosphere if the evening is chilly. The villa has air conditioning throughout.. The lounge leads on to the large terrace and swimming pool overlooking the bay. The Kitchen is very up to date with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven. A split level cooker and hob, coffee perculator and toaster etc making the preparation of a meal a pleasure. A toilet is on this floor.
First Floor
An open staircase and landing leads on two large en-suite double bedrooms each with their own balconies and views of Kalamar Bay. One bedroom has twin.-beds, the other has a king size bed.
Second Floor
Is similar to the first floor with two luxury en-suite bedrooms, with their own balconies.
Top Terrace
This has a galley kitchen, a large terrace with barbeque in the chimney, sun beds, table, chairs and parasol. The area has stunning views overlooking the Islands and Kalkan. An evening under the stars, with the sun setting over the sea, and a cool drink in your hand will make this a memorable experience.
Pool, Terrace and garden area
The terrace has been designed to give some shade from the hot sun with wooden chairs, table, sun-beds and parasols. The garden area has a furnished gazebo and well stocked beautiful flower beds which blend with the local landscape.
The villa is owned by an English lady who lives locally, she has created a perfect home for up to nine guests giving plenty of room for you to relax and enjoy your holiday. The pool and garden areas are maintained each day. A midweek cleaning service, towels (not beach towels) and linen change is included in the cost. Extra cleaning can be provided for a small additional charge.
Price per week: April £600, May £700, June £700, July, August £1,000, September £800, October £600.
