This villa is made up of two apartments with private swimming pool, which may be let individually or as a whole and has just been built. It is located on the hillside in the Kisla area over the bay facing Kalkan. It is in a sought after location mainly residential with the famous Club Patara about a ten minute walk away and a number of hotels and restaurants near by. The sea and shingle beach is approximately 100 metres away and the sea is crystal clear and ideal for swimming and snorkeling. You can reach Kalkan by water taxi taken from Mahal Beach Club - it's about a ten minute ride. The Kuluhana Hotel is close to the villa and guests may make use of its bar, restaurant and beach club. Club Patara has a swimming pool, market bars etc. and is a reasonably easy walk but it is uphill!

The view from the villa is magnificent and this is an ideal location for a quiet, relaxing holiday yet within easy distance of Kalkan and its many restaurants, shops and harbour.

1 x double& 1 x single bedroom – air conditioned, with balconies

1 x bathroom with shower etc.

kitchen / lounge leading onto terrace and overlooking Kalkan bay

Price per week:  May, June, September, October £275.00 per week.  July & August £300.00 per week.

 

Apartment 2 – 1st floor:  Sleeps 4/5

1 x large double bedroom ( with z bed ) en suite with balcony – air conditioned

1 x twin bedded room – air conditioned

1 x bathroom with shower, toilet etc

kitchen, lounge dining room with built in barbeque

lounge leads onto balcony overlooking the bay.

Large roof top terrace.

Price per week: May, June, September, October £ 375.00 per week. July and August £400.00 per week

 

NB: If the villa is rented as one unit - May, June, September, October £600.00 per week.  July and August £650.00 per week. 
To sleep maximum of eight.

 

Price includes

Daily trip by car /mini bus to Kalkan at 10.00 am or agreed time.

Maid service 3 times a week with full service linen change weekly.
