Zeytenli Villa is a new luxury villa with private pool.
 
The Mediterranean garden is set with palm, lemon and banana trees with many exotic flowers, the centrepiece being a beautiful olive tree ( hence the name) with a seating area built around it. There is a gated entrance and private driveway with parking for one car, thus making it safe for families with young children.
 
Situated in a beautiful location on the hillside looking down onto the village of Kalkan which is about 10 mins walk and looking upwards towards the Tauros mountains.
 
The villa is air- conditioned throughout and all external windows have the added bonus of mosquito screens.
 
The villa is bright and spacious with marble floors and luxuriously fitted throughout.
 
Downstairs you will find a large open plan lounge ,very tastefully furnished with open fireplace and C.D. player, doors lead off from the lounge onto a very large shaded terrace with BBQ, large dining table and chairs and a large swing chair. From the terrace you can walk onto a very large sunbathing area complete with sun loungers, tables and the beautiful private pool with under water lighting. 
The dining kitchen is fully fitted with dining table and chairs for 6, washing machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher, iron, ironing board, toaster etc .
Doors from the kitchen lead directly on to the shaded terrace.
There is also a downstairs bathroom.
 
Wrought iron staircase leading on to the first floor with:
Large Master bedroom with king size bed  fully fitted bedroom wardrobes and large en-suite bathroom. Doors lead onto the balcony with sea and mountain views ( this room can easily accommodate a cot or extra Childs bed)
Twin bedroom with fitted bedroom furniture and en-suite bathroom, doors leading on to balcony with sea and mountain views.
 
Wrought iron staircase leading onto second floor with:
Twin bedroom , with two single beds beds, and vanity sink.
Door leading onto a beautiful large roof terrace with ceramic tiled floor, stunning sea and mountain views, BBQ and table/chairs.
The roof terrace is a beautiful place to sit in the evening to watch the sunset and the romantic night sky and the twinkling lights of Kalkan shimmering across the bay.. 
There is also a storage room. 
 
The villa is surrounded by stone walls with lights hidden within the shrubs which lit up at night time make the garden magical. sitting beside the floodlit pool surrounded by the outdoor lights and the moon, make eating alfresco a wonderful way to spend the evening.
 
The villa is cleaned and bedding changed once a week
Pool and gardens maintained daily.
Car hir can be arranged as can taxi transfers between the villa and the airport.

NB Guests are requested not to smoke in the villa.

£200 damage deposit required, cheque will be held as a bond by Kalkanblue and returned at end of holiday.
