Kalkanblue is a private limited company based in the UK with close contacts to local agencies and companies in Turkey working in the letting and real estate business in certain areas of Turkey. The name derives from Kalkan, the harbour town, and the crystal clear blue sea in that area.
We have developed the business over the past five years and have been visiting and building contacts in Turkey for the past twelve years. Our business started when we bought a property in Kalkan and began to market our property for letting. We quickly built a good portfolio of privately owned villas and apartments to let in Kalkan and have expanded into Kas, Islamlar, Fethiye, Bodrum, Gumbet and other localities.
Our policy is to provide a quick, efficient and personal service to all our clients. We vet all properties that we advertise for holiday letting and liaise closely with local agents that service and look after the villas and visiting guests. We are able to assist in all aspects of your holiday from booking your holiday property to arranging flights and airport transfers.
In the past eighteen months, due to the enquiries we have been receiving, we are now able to source and assist in the purchase of property and land for development in Turkey. We have excellent contacts with real estate agents and builders, with a good selection of properties from small well priced apartments to luxury villas and some very interesting plots of land for developers.

Extensive experience in the sale of properties, both new build and residential, and is at present working in new build real estate as well as running Kalkanblue. Has travelled extensively as well as visiting Turkey on a regular basis.

Background is in the hotel, catering and tourism industry. Has travelled extensively and first visited Turkey over 30 years ago. Good experience in the service industry and at present is Operations Director for an overseas university study centre based in the UK and is closely involved with a number of tourism associations. Provides active support in sales and marketing of Kalkanblue and client liaison.
