A spacious ground floor, two bedroom family apartment situated within a block of 5 with beautiful views overlooking the harbour. Only an 8 - 10 minute walk to the harbour, shops and 150 restaurants. It’s a 2 minute walk into the Thursday market, that’s definitely worth a visit just to see the extra large fruit!
There is a shared swimming pool and pergola area, a large terrace area to enjoy the sun with many sun loungers.
The apartment itself has air conditioning throughout with a well fitted kitchen consisting of washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer and cooker/hob. There is also basic kitchen equipment including a toaster and kettle.
There is a dining area and a personal terrace with railings (to prevent the little one’s escaping into the pool) with table, chairs and sun umbrella for eating.
In the comfortable sitting room there is a tv and dvd player and a good sized sofa. There are a couple of games too!
The double bedroom has cupboard storage facilities with iron, board and drier. There is an en-suite shower room with toilet. The twin room consists of two single beds and again has cupboard/hanging storage. The family shower room is next door, again with toilet.
There is plenty of bedding and towels, but we request that you take your own beach towels.
