Kay’s apartment is perfectly situated to best appreciate the beautiful mature gardens of the complex on which it is located. This is a small and charming complex close to the center of Dalyan (8 minute walk) and having been built about 10 years ago benefits from luxuriant gardens with tall shady trees. This layout is unusual because in most modern apartment buildings in Dalyan kitchens and lounges have been built as integrated rooms in order to maximise space but this design ensures that the two rooms feel seperate.

The balcony door is off the lounge and the balcony is large being approx 4ft * 8ft with views over the pool and garden. The current maintanance costs per property are £200 p/ year and the pool is prepared for use for 5 months from 1st May – 30th September.
With the low maintenance costs, extremely reasonable asking price, beautiful gardens, large pool and well maintained buildings this lovely apartment is unlikely to remain on the market for long.
