The complex

Apartment description

This apartment is well planned and therefore offers comfortable living despite its compact size. Entrance is gained to the first floor by a central hall and stairway both clad in white marble. The front door is a steel security door which ensures peace of mind for a travelling owner as well as ease of maintenance.

The front door opens into a wide hall area with storage cupboards to the left and tiled, as is the rest of the flat, in attractive grey and white marble. As one passes through the hall you enter the high ceilinged living room and the rest of the rooms fan out from this central area. İmmediately to the left is the aqua colour tiled large shower/wc which has recently been modernised with new toilet and sink fittings and also contains an electric shower for year round hot water.

The pretty and well organised fitted kitchen is off the lounge too and is full of light both accentauted and enhanced by the cornflower yellow units with which the room is furnished. The owner is selling the flat fully fitted and the kitchen contains a washing machine, fridge, gas hob and attractive wooden blinds on the window above the sink. This layout is unusual because in most modern apartment buildings in Dalyan kitchens and lounges have been built as integrated rooms in order to maximise space but this design ensures that the two rooms feel seperate.

The balcony door is off the lounge and the balcony is large being approx 4ft * 8ft with views over the pool and garden.
