Manzara Apartment is beautifully situated, in a quiet area, having a most stunning and therapeutic view directly from the terrace over the Bay of Kalkan , the islands and Kalkan town itself (5 minutes by foot).
The apartment is on the ground floor, one of three in the building, in the very pleasant, sought after and quiet Bouganvillia estate. The apartment has two double bedrooms ( with twin beds that may be made into double beds) a spacious open plan lounge with kitchen diner and has direct access to the swimming pool.
It is very comfortable, air conditioned, fully equipped with all essentials including a washing machine, microwave and furnished in a modern style. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are all provided as well as sun loungers and outside furniture. The pool and the attractive garden, are attended daily (maintenance people are to hand in case of emergencies).
Manzara will be clean on your arrival and cleaned for you on your departure, within the rental price. Should you wish the apartment to be cleaned during your stay period, there will be an extra cost. The apartment sleeps four comfortably, the bedrooms can be configured to single or double beds. There is also a sofa bed facility in the lounge area.
