Bedroom 1 – master bedroom with king size bed, wardrobe, vanity unit, ensuite Jacuzzi bathroom, double patio doors onto balcony – breath taking views of both Kalkan & Kalamar Bay.
Bedroom 2 – double bedroom with king size bed, fitted wardrobes, vanity unit, ensuite bathroom, patio doors leading onto balcony with views of Kalamar Bay
Bedroom 3- twins beds with wardrobe and vanity unit, ensuite bathroom. Patio doors which lead you out onto a balcony with views of Kalkan Bay.
Kitchen – fully equipped with all modern appliances. Washing machine/iron/ironing board/ clothes dryer are all provided. All bed linen and towels are provided and are changed weekly.
Living Room – open plan lounge with 3 seater sofa and two arm chairs. Side tables, coffee table. Flat Screen Sky TV, DVD player, Stereo System, Wi-Fi for internet access.
Outside large patio area with private swimming pool, BBQ, shower, toilet, shaded ottoman area with bean bags, upper terrace with large table & 6 chairs with large umbrella – breath-taking views from pool & upper terrace of the two bays.
Guests may use the nearby facilities of the Exelir Hotel, along with the Asfiya Hotel which has a large pool, rooftop restaurant, Turkish bath, gym and sauna and the Yali beach club, transfer to the beach club is complimentary.
Our villa is within an easy 10 minute walk of the village, local beaches and beach clubs. It is fully maintained during your holiday with people on hand to welcome you and help you with any problems you might have.
We offer you complete rest from the moment you step off the plane, and will arrange your transfer to/from the airport.

KALKAN is a small peaceful resort and fishing village with immense charm which has changed little over the years and offers a taste of traditional Turkish life. The narrow cobble streets wind down through the village of whitewashed houses, shops and restaurants until the small harbour is reached.
The town itself is full of quality restaurants, bars, boutiques and shops selling hand made goods. In the evening the local restaurants come alive, and the rooftop terraces provide a perfect setting from which to admire the beautiful scenery.
Many places of natural beauty and historical interest – Lycian Way, Saklikent Gorge, Kekova sunken city, Tlos, Xanthos, Letoon, Pinara are all within easy reach. Or why not try a jeep safari, white water rafting or horse-riding on Patara Beach.
Kalkan offers a range of water sports such as water & jet skiing, scuba diving, paragliding etc.
Kalkan has everything, an attractive pebble beach in the harbour, sand less beach clubs where you can relax in comfort, 2 beautiful beaches just a short drive or boat trip away; Kaputas, set at the bottom of a gorge and the stunning Patara Beach, 18km of sand set in a nature reserve where sea turtles lay their eggs.
There is simply no other town quite like Kalkan along Turkeys Mediterranean coast. Kalkan sits snugly around the ancient harbour sheltered at the foot of the towering Taurus Mountains. Kalkan remains a charming and unspoiled haven of lush nature, brilliant-blue crystal-clear sea, historic architecture, ancient history and warm traditional Turkish hospitality.
